Visa Options After UCSB Program Completion

Friday, January 24 at 2:00pm to 3:30pm

What's next after you finish your program at UCSB? Come learn about options for employment visas and permanent residence status at a FREE workshop for graduating international students.

There are a range of employment visas, as well as U.S. permanent resident status, that can allow you to work in the U.S. after you finish your UCSB program. Join immigration law specialist Adam Green, a practicing attorney in the Los Angeles area, for a FREE workshop on employment immigration issues, particularly the transition from student statuses to employment statuses.

Please Note: This presentation will not cover procedures for optional practical training (for F-1 students) or academic training (for J-1 students).

Adam Green has been practicing immigration law exclusively for over 20 years. His colleague in the office, Paul Herzog, has been practicing immigration law exclusively for 15 years. The Law Offices of Adam specializes in employment immigration issues, particularly the transition from student statuses to employment statuses. Mr. Green conducts annual workshops at UCSB and continues to be a great resource to OISS for immigration-related issues.
