Decades of research demonstrate that peer-peer and student-faculty interactions are primary factors in student learning in higher education. Classrooms can and should be relationship-rich environments that enhance learning, motivation, and belonging for all students. Based on data from over 200 student interviews, this workshop will focus on practical, research-informed approaches to enhancing peer-peer and student-faculty relationships in class of all sizes.
