Gaucho Fitness - 4 Week Workout Series

Join Micky Lal '10 and other UCSB Alumni for this 4-week fitness series. Get moving and learn fitness tips from the comfort of your own home. This series will feature a combination of strength training and yoga. Follow-along through a workout suitable for all ages and abilities.
